The brother of rapper Uzzy Marcus has been arrested after live streaming himself in the bodies of two dead women.
Raymond Michael Weber, 29, of California, was arrested after posting a video on Instagram of himself holding a gun with a woman and a teenager lying on the ground. A neighbor allegedly called Vacaville police after seeing a man playing with a gun. When officials arrived at the camp Sunday morning, Weber barricaded himself in his room, according to PEOPLE.
SWAT and a communications team were called to the scene, and after an eight-hour wait, Weber was finally arrested “after a brief struggle — during which one officer deployed a Taser,” police said. . . .

The women found dead in the home were 27 and 15 years old. The cause of death has not been released, but one of the two women was identified by her mother as Weber’s girlfriend, 26-year-old Savannah Rae Theberge.
Theberge’s mother, Enyaw Taylor, wrote on Facebook: “It is with great sadness that I say that I believe my little girl is Savannah Rae Theberge, who is my 2/3rd birthday today at Theberge.
Savannah’s friend, Meg Grubbs, started a GoFundMe to raise money to return to Georgia for the funeral.
“Dear Savannah Rae’s life is too far gone,” Grubbs wrote. “Home state of Georgia, where all his family grew up and lives.” His body remains in California, where the tragic incident took place. ”
“He had plans to go home, but things didn’t work out.” They wanted to save a few years ago, but they couldn’t save enough money to bring their stuff home,” added Grubbs.
